This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Launcher OS26 (Google Play package name com.hbm.launch.os.theme.widget.app) ("the App"), developed and published by HBM GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED ("HBM Global", "we", "us", "our"). It explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and where it is stored. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

The App is a home screen (launcher) app. It does not require account creation or sign-in, and does not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers.

2. Permissions We Request

The App requests the following device permissions, each used solely for the stated purpose:

  • Set wallpaper: to apply a wallpaper you choose in the App to your home screen and/or lock screen.
  • Request to uninstall apps: to open the Android system uninstall dialog when you choose to remove an app from the home screen. The app is only removed after you confirm in that system dialog.
  • Vibrate: to give short haptic feedback, for example when you press and hold an icon.

The App does not request Internet access, and does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, call logs, or SMS.

3. Information the App Uses

To work as a launcher, the App reads the list of apps installed on your device that can be opened from a home screen (their names and icons), so it can display them on your home screen, in folders, and in search results.

The App also stores, on your device only:

  • your home screen layout: pages, dock, folders, and their names;
  • a local history of which apps you open, used only to show app suggestions in search.

This information never leaves your device. The App has no Internet permission, so it cannot send it to us or to anyone else. We do not collect, receive, or store any of your data on our servers. The App does not include any analytics, tracking, crash reporting, or advertising SDK.

4. Data Sharing & Third-party Services

We do not share, sell, or transfer any of your data, because the App does not collect it.

Web search: if you choose to search the web from the App's search field, the text you typed is handed to the browser or search app on your device, which opens the results. That search is then handled by that browser or search provider under its own privacy policy. The App itself does not send or keep your web searches.

System features: setting a wallpaper, choosing a default launcher, opening system settings, and uninstalling apps are performed by the Android system on your device.

5. Data Storage, Backup & Security

All data described above is kept in the App's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read. Because your layout describes the apps on your specific device, the App opts out of Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so this data is not copied to Google Drive or to a new phone.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your layout and app-open history remain on your device until you clear the App's data (Settings › Apps › Launcher OS26 › Storage › Clear data) or uninstall the App, which permanently deletes them. We hold no copy to delete.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Since we do not collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing stored with us; you remain in full control of the data on your device. 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if a future version of the App adds new features or services. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Effective date" above revised accordingly.
